                                                           My Pug Nona

My pug Nona is 1 (one) year old, she was born in 21/6/2011 she was perfect, nice, cute, etc. but when  she started to went with a men called  Michael.

Michael was taking her out all mornings at 11:30am.

One day she got sick because a parasite get inside her and the doctors take the parasite out, the two times. ( The parasite get inside TWO times).

Another thing that happened is that she have a flu.

And for last is that she was in the park with this guy Michael again, and she was playing with a bigger dog (we don’t know the race) and she take the ball to the dog and the dog attack hers eyes, and she lost one eye and the other one have points.

She is here recovering and eating all   hers drugs.

My father's surgery

My father was operate on the knee, the first 2 weeks he cannot got out of the bed but we were with he the most of the time we can. Then he started to be on crutches. When he was on crutches he went to see all my soccer games. Then he toke me to the Unicentro’s Exito there we take something to drink and to eat. And at that time we can go to different places with him. Long time after he started to be on one crutch. Sometimes when we walked I forgot that he is on one crutch. Now he walk sometime with crutch and sometimes no for example today we went to the Exito and he walked without crutches.

My sister Isabella

My sister Isabella is 13 years old she was born the 3 of march of 1999. She is in 7th grade at El Gimnasio la Montaña she is a very good estudent. She just came from Canada, she was studing there for two months,they changed her to three differnt families the one she liked the most was the third family. From Canada she brought me a giant chocolate Kiss a t-shirt of the Ranger, Canada's hockey team,and a flag from the Rangers to.

We are missing 1 day until the field trip! I am very excited, I want to see Villavicencio and I want to eat meat of cow. I would like to do canopy and go into a river. I want to see the shops, the rivers, the hotels and everything. It is going to be very fun and we are going to share a lot with each other. Fifth B as Fifth A. We are going to do many interesting activities and it is going to be very fun to sleep in a tent. Maybe the anteater will come to our tents again. That would be so cool! So everybody go to the trip.

My Athletic Day By : Juan Diego Acero.

It was a very nice day today because we did a lot of activities: We jumped, we threw  balls, we had a speed race and a resistance competence. I liked the speed race the most. Unfortunately, we had to stop because of the rain. In my group there were 15 kids and I was the last one on the resistance competence. But I had a lot of fun!

ATHLETIC DAY PRAYER

Pilu asked me to do the prayer for the Athletic Day. I came up with this prayer thinking about all the kids of Primary School:

"Señor Jesús permítenos que este día esté lleno de éxito, danos la seguridad y confianza para luchar hasta el final. Te pedimos Señor que nos des la fortaleza para dar lo mejor de nosotros , Te pedimos con la razón que asumamos cada triunfo y cada derrota y que eso nos permita aprender a madurar y crecer para cada día ser mejores personas , Te pido Señor que estés  con  nosotros en cada prueba, Llévame en tus manos todo el día para dar lo mejor de nosotros . Gracias Señor".

Volleyball  - Final Game

My first final watching the volleyball game in the school was amazing because we WON. Boys volleyball  team is very good when playing, they played very well during the final game. Finally, the school let the Primary section to watch the game , all of us were so happy. We shouted, we were very nervous and happy ,we have to say to the school THANKS to let us watch the match.  ¡¡¡CONGRATULATIONS!!! Volleyball team.

Finally, this day comes for the teachers , because they work really hard , they have been very attentive to us, they sometimes get angry but we have to understand because they love us. They work every day for us and we have to give THANKS because that is not an easy work, all of us are happy of your work.  And, also happy  Moms  Day!

We want to say thanks to all the teachers that have tought us in classes but also in other moments for us to be better people. The ones that have supported us during classes when we bother and we don´t  pay attention. In those moments, they help us to understand when we don´t understand, and for the teachers  that have to punish us  and get mad with us but they do it to help us to improve academically and as people. To all those teachers ... we have to tell them...

What we learned in the procession!  

In the procession we learned many things. For example this year -Finally- It was my turn to carry the Virgin... it was amazing , I didn´t sing  so much  because I didn’t know the songs... I have to  behave better  next time...but I liked it.

Third and Tenth graders working together!

Third and Tenth graders started to interact today. It was a very nice and interesting activity about values. They shared their knowledge about  friendship, loyalty, inner and outer beauty, love, and appearances among others. They will hopefully see each other next week. 

Making a Boat! Second Grade

HOW TO MAKE A BOAT!

Here there are the steps in order to make your paper boat:

1. Fold down the paper in half, top to bottom.

2. Fold the paper in half vertically and unfold the vertical fold so you know where the center of the paper is.

3. Fold down the top corners of the folded paper bringing edges together.

4.Fold the bottom of the paper up against both sides.

5. Fold the bottom corners in. Grab the corners of the rectangle that are sticking out over the triangle. Fold them in around the edge of the triangle. Flip the paper over , and do the same thing on the other side.

6. Bring the ends together making the triangle into a square. 

7. Again, bring the ends together. 


8. Flatten its sidewise.

9. Gently, pull the ends open.

What did we learn in Ecoplak? by Natalia Villegas

                                What did we learn in Ecoplak?

We went to Ecoplack (A RECYCLE COMPANY) on April 18^th , 2012 and it was AMAZING. We learned many things about the manage of garbage and the importance to recycle. When I arrived to my home I told all my family all about this , First, they saw me playing with the yoyo made of reused materials and they said: Why does it smell so bad? and I explained ALL !... I said to them that it was made of waste and I also said that there are neighborhoods made with these materials for poor people and there are many other things made of recycled materials, It was an incredible trip that I am never going to forget.

CACHIPAY ROCKS!!!!! ;)

Third graders went to Cachipay for their field trip. They were very excited to visit this unknown place they have never gone before. Zambo was in charge of making these two days trip as interesting, meaningful, and joyful as they could. An unforgettable experience!
