Empanaditas by Gabriela Jaramillo

Empanaditas:

Ingredients:

·      1 ¼ cups of water.
·      1 cup of corn flour.
·      Salt as you want.

Preparation:

·      On a bowl put the water and carefully the flour
with a spoon mix all. Then, let it on a table about two minutes, flat it with a glass or something like that, then cut little circles with a glass or a plate, put on the circle the stuff you want inside, chop and……there you have!!!!!! a delicious thing.
